Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Lead the development and management of KPIs, metrics, and financial models to support pricing and margin analysis.
Provide insightful financial reports to support key business decisions.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Work closely with leadership to assist in budgeting and forecasting, contributing to the creation of a 5-year strategic plan for company growth.
ERP and Data Management:
Utilize the new Data Core ERP system to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and manipulate complex datasets for actionable insights.
Strategic Contribution:
Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement opportunities that will drive profitability and operational growth.
Play a key role in supporting the expansion of the organization's facilities, including the upcoming expansion in Sharon, WI in 2025.
Ideal Candidate
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
An MBA or CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience & Skills:
Strong background in financial analysis and finance.
Advanced MS Excel skills are a must, with the ability to work with complex data sets and perform in-depth analysis.
A strategic, business-minded approach to problem-solving, with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve growth objectives.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Work Environment
In-Office:
2-3 days per week at the company's headquarters in Sharon, WI.
Remote:
Flexible with the option to work from home 2-3 days a week.
