Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Controller to manage the complete accounting cycle. As the financial steward of the organization, you will have the autonomy to:
Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations, including:
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing and approving payroll
Invoicing customers
Maintaining general ledger
Reconciling bank statements
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements, including:
Monthly/quarterly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Ad-hoc financial analyses and projections
KPI reporting and dashboards
Collaborate with leadership on special projects:
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Provide recommendations for enhancing financial controls and mitigating risks
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and tax requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between the finance department and operational teams
Continually identify ways to streamline accounting workflows and enhance efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Track record of building trusted relationships with business leaders
Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 #LI-AE6 #LI-ONSITE
