Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Resolve any project-related issues and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Proven experience with luxury residential interiors.
• Strong knowledge of high-end millwork, finishes, and custom designs.
• Process-oriented with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project management software tools.
