Dispatcher Home Services

As a dispatcher with Goettl, you'll be a vital part of our service team, ensuring that every HVAC and plumbing service request is handled smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for deploying technicians to job sites, managing schedules, confirming customer satisfaction, and handling rescheduling when needed. Your work will help maintain our promise of timely, quality service and will directly impact our commitment to happy customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatching: Efficiently deploy HVAC and plumbing technicians utilizing SERVICETITAN, managing all scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
• Customer Communication: Keep our customers updated on technician ETA, follow up on completed jobs, and conduct satisfaction calls.
• Scheduling & Organization: Verify all calls are correctly booked, ensure service agreements are followed, and assist with managing technician documentation and compliance.

• A minimum of 1 year of call center experience OR work directly in a multi-phone environment
• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Must be available THURSDAY to MONDAY from 9am to 6pm.
• Available to work on site in Austin
• Complete a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check.
• US work authorization
