Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Position *****The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees financial operations for the Not-For-Profit organization and its affiliated entities, including managing General Accounting and Patient Financial Services. The CFO is responsible for hiring, evaluating, and disciplining staff following company policies. Core areas of oversight include accounting, payroll, purchasing, payables, and patient financial services. The CFO also participates in key internal councils and committees and serves as Treasurer for related entities and properties.

Manage multiple financial departments and supervise department directors.
Recruit, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
Budgeting & Financial *****
Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for CEO and Board approval.
Monitor budget performance and authorize spending within approved limits, with the ability to delegate authority to managers.
Policy & *****
Develop financial policies and procedures for various departments, subject to CEO and Board approval.
Provide financial decisions and insights affecting multiple divisions.
Internal and External *****
Partner with executive leadership to monitor budgets, revenue, and purchasing.
Maintain relationships with payors, vendors, auditors, and financial institutions.
***** Masters degree in Accounting or CPA certification.
***** $120,000-$150,000
***** Minimum of five years in a CFO role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication for engaging with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to manage complex financial operations with minimal supervision.
Physical and Travel *****
Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed.
This position is all on-site.
Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to manage high-stress situations, including conflict resolution.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic financial management, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while working with both internal and external stakeholders.
