We are all makers at heart, working as generalists to solve new challenges together. What You Will Do

You will lead the end-to-end UX design and research process, creating user-centered solutions for loan officers by conducting research, developing personas, and designing intuitive interfaces. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with user needs, utilizing tools like Figma and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability. Responsibilities:

Lead the UX design and research process from ideation to execution, creating intuitive and seamless experiences for loan officers. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs. Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries, to gather insights and understand user behavior. Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows based on research findings to inform design decisions. Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyze the results, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using Figma. Create and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the feasibility and quality of the implementation. Advocate for UX best practices, ensuring user feedback and research data inform design and development decisions. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and UX design and research best practices. Help maintain the team's focus on building scalable, high-quality software. Who You Are

You are a senior UX designer eager to apply your knowledge of UI/UX best practices for web and mobile applications in startup environments. You're a strong collaborator who can work with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and successful product launches. Solid experience conducting user research and usability testing, focusing on gathering actionable insights. Proficiency with the research tool stack as well as with Figma. Strong understanding of interaction design principles and UI/UX best practices for responsive web and mobile applications. Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and research findings. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business goals with user needs. Experience in working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams. Benefits
