Position Overview The Senior Analyst, Sales Planning and Execution will support the design and administration of sales force alignments, targeting, call planning and incentive compensation programs, and will partner with key stakeholders as a strategic business partner to execute our business priorities.This role will provide analytics and reporting in support of workstreams and projects within the team. Responsibilities include data asset development, generating data inputs, process documentation, identification of process enhancements and technical expertise. This position is a hybrid position located in Madison, WI. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Translate business needs into technical requirements utilizing a structured process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing change) to assess and recommend solutions. Support sales incentive compensation programs data requirements gathering and plan period processing. Including the end-to-end management of the Incentive Compensation accrual process: gathering required inputs, processing eligibility, report development and delivery. Support sales force alignment maintenance and optimization of sales force deployment. Support the creation and deployment of targeting and call planning and development of reporting. Support the design, development and testing of vendor platforms. Establish and maintain process documentation on data architecture and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline plan period processing. Manage field inquiries and support modelling and analytics requests within the Sales Planning & Execution team. Develop and execute Sales Planning & Execution timelines and coordinate across stakeholders. Develop, build, and maintain reporting metrics, providing timely and accurate data insights to support better decision-making at all levels.
