Sr. Technical lead

Main duties and responsibilities: 10 years in embedded programming Should have extensive knowledge in all hardware level interfaces Should have hands on in driver development Good exposure in RTOS based / non RTOS based systems Should have exposure to various microcontrollers (Renesas is added advantage) Should have architectural knowledge for embedded platform Should have hands on exp in C/C++ Experience in GUI development Good exposure in leading the cross functional team(s) Good communication and ability to generate new ideas Strong problem solving skills Key Skills and Competencies required : • Actively participate among cross-functional teams for product and project discussions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to organize, plan and execute multiple tasks to tight schedules • Highly motivated self-starter • Ability to document own work clearly and precisely • Excellent communication skills Remote working not available Technical / Soft Skills Expertise Level (Expert / Good / Knowledge) C/C++ Expert Driver development for embedded systems Expert Renesas Microcontrollers Good
