Salesforce Business Analyst - Health Cloud Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days St Louis Park Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our Salesforce Health Cloud implementation effectively supports our healthcare operations. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance patient care and streamline healthcare processes. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives. Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce Health Cloud. Health Cloud Expertise: Utilize Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities to support patient management, care coordination, and other healthcare functions. Ensure solutions are compliant with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA). Solution Design and Implementation: Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud. Create process flows, wireframes, and use cases to communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to meet business needs. Project Management and Collaboration: Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery for Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Work with end-users to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce Health Cloud. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate user adoption. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, Health Cloud features, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions. Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and its application in healthcare settings. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, and data management. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges.
