Desktop Support Engineer

Position- Desktop Support Engineer Duration-Contract Location- Greenwood, SC JD Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)• Setting up accounts for new users• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary• Provide day-to-day Operations Technology (OT) and infrastructure support for the site supporting a range of business areas including Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Controls Automation, Facilities, and others as needed.• Testing new technology• Possibly training junior staff• Any IT Certification is plus• Experience in AD, inTune, Azure ServiceNow Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS) 4-6years Regards, Pallavi Verma Sr. Technical Recruiter | Syntricate Technologies Inc.
