This role will own the administration, development, design, user support, documentation, troubleshooting, training and internal controls related to the OneStream Enterprise Performance Management system. This role will be actively involved in financial reporting preparation, quarterly and annual external reporting, month end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes. He/she will routinely work and communicate with associates in other departments and with the accounting/finance professionals within the Company and the Company's subsidiaries. Areas of Responsibility: Enterprise Performance Management system administration Design, develop, configure and test EPM modules and reports. Collaborate with accounting/finance team members, IT Application Owners, EPM system vendor representatives and third-party consultants on system requirements and enhancements. Document system configurations, procedures and best practices. Conduct user training sessions on new modules or processes within the system. Ensure system security and performance standards are met. Financial Reporting Month, quarter, and annual report preparation and review. Journal entry preparation. Ownership of consolidation data loads, elimination entry completeness/accuracy and consolidation timeliness and integrity. Communication with various departments and subsidiaries to compile/distribute information and schedules. Internal control review tasks to ensure accuracy of reporting. Month end close tasks required to accurately close the books of ABC Supply Holding Company as directed by the Corporate Accounting Manager and Director. Other Participate in training sessions to work towards OneStream system administrator certification. Chart of Accounts administration, management and control. General ledger account review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Development of budgeting and forecasting tools, reports and processes. Retention and archiving of Governance documents. Internal and external audit information requests. Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Technical writing and process development. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, or computer information systems. Minimum of three years' experience as an administrator or super user of EPM systems such as OneStream or Oracle HFM. Working knowledge of SQL or scripting languages and EPM development tools. Experience with financial statement preparation and reporting. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail and quality. Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
