We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack WordPress Developer to become a part of our B2B Web Marketing team. In this role, you will manage the entire WordPress development process—from initial requirements to the launch of reliable and high-performing web solutions. You will collaborate closely with our design, content, engineering, and marketing teams to create outstanding web experiences that align with our strategic vision. This is a fully remote, part-time job. Your Responsibilities: Oversee every phase of WordPress development, guaranteeing that our websites are secure, scalable, and deliver top-notch performance. Partner with various departments to grasp their goals and convert them into visually appealing and functional web solutions. Build customized WordPress themes and plugins to fit our needs, ensuring they meet top standards of quality and efficiency. Enhance website performance through code reviews, A/B tests, and continuous updates, focusing on speed, reliability, and user experience. Apply SEO best practices within WordPress to boost visibility and search engine rankings. Ensure seamless experiences across all devices and browsers, maintaining consistent quality. Maintain compliance with the latest security protocols and standards to keep our websites secure. What You'll Need to Succeed: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack WordPress development, with a portfolio that highlights your expertise. Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling you to write clean, effective, and maintainable code. Expertise in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins, with a solid grasp of the WordPress environment. Experience in assessing new web projects, including offering time estimates for development tasks. Proficiency with design tools like Figma, transforming mockups into fully interactive web pages. Strong knowledge of current accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusivity in web design. An eye for detail, ensuring that each part of the website is precisely aligned and meets high standards. Proven experience in implementing SEO strategies tailored to WordPress environments. Excellent communication skills, facilitating collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members. A proactive attitude, with a drive to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies.
