Personal Brand Manager (Instagram, Part-Time, Local) The Opportunity: The Personal Brand Manager at 77 Plastic Surgery is a foundational role for the business. You will be responsible for building Dr. Larry Fan's personal brand on Instagram and YouTube, establishing him as the go-to plastic surgeon in San Francisco. This role involves creating and executing a comprehensive Instagram strategy to grow his online presence, engage with the community, and drive traffic and leads to 77 Plastic Surgery. Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 per month base pay, plus performance-based bonus Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a content calendar that includes posts, stories, IGTV, reels, live sessions, and long-form (YouTube) videos. • Create visually appealing and informative content that highlights Dr. Fan’s expertise, patient success stories, and behind-the-scenes insights. • Implement strategies to grow the Instagram follower base organically. • Use paid distribution to put content in front of the target audience and retarget potential patients who have engaged with our content • Engage with followers, influencers, and potential patients to build a strong community. • Monitor and manage Dr. Fan's online reputation, responding to comments and messages. • Track and analyze key metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns. • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and tactics. • Collaborate with Dr. Fan and the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms. • Partner with influencers, brands, and media to amplify reach and credibility. • Work on-site as needed to create in-office and in-surgery content. Qualifications: • Proven track record of growing a personal brand on Instagram, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry. • Experience with content creation, social media strategy, and community management. • Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills (photography, videography, graphic design). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in using Instagram analytics tools and other social media management platforms. • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Passionate about personal branding and digital marketing. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to travel to our office multiple days per week to facilitate in-office content creation.
