The Business systems Lead will be responsible for system configuration, maintenance, and administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud as their primary focus. In addition, they may support through project management of other applications or integrations such as Travel & Expenditure, CRM and Data & Analytics. This role has the ownership of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and all other non-Oracle applications integrated to it. This role will be tasked with ensuring optimal implementation of the system to comply with Oracle best practices. The role will be instrumental in building processes to ensure security and ways to optimally ensure its compliance. The Business Systems Lead will have the opportunity to design and automate business processes within Oracle Fusion with an eye towards enabling scalability and support of future business growth and strategic changes. Additional responsibilities include supporting end-users with system issues and providing end-user training as required. The role plays an instrumental role in ensuring the efficient functioning of end-to-end business processes as they pertain to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Responsibilities Oracle Provide on-going day-to-day technical and non-technical support of Oracle Fusion Cloud by troubleshooting problems and assisting users in concluding transactions Work with the internal system owners in the different business verticals to provide optimal usage and performance of the system Be the point of contact for all technical initiatives/issues within Oracle Fusion Cloud within ERP, EPM & T&E. Define, document, and maintain architecture within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Create, modify, maintain, and assign roles and permissions to users and ensure compliance Assist the business team with relevant data import and export tasks. Lead and test integration of external systems into Oracle Fusion Cloud Participate in cross-functional requirement gathering sessions, user acceptance testing and solution deployment for new initiatives Troubleshoot technical and process and manage Oracle service requests where required Review Oracle quarterly release notes to understand relevance to the organization and plan for end user adoption of new functionality Integrate with managed services provider to ensure clear communications and efficiencies in the partnership General Benchmark and implement best practices across functions irrespective of system. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Collaborate with internal and external resources/stakeholders Manage and mitigate project risks Ability to multitask and prioritize projects as needed Design of functional/technical specifications Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Leverage new technology stacks to aid business challenges such as RPA or AI. Qualifications Oracle Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience. 4 years’ experience in Business System Analysis (or) ERP implementations (or) in Oracle Fusion Cloud Hands-on experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), nice to have In-depth understanding of Oracle fusion middleware (OIC, REST/SOAP API’s), nice to have Experience with PL/SQL or SQL Experience with one or more of the following technologies XML, Java, Web services, nice to have Oracle Administration or relevant certifications, nice to have Project Management Strong communication skills, written and oral Knowledge of SLDC – systems development life cycle Previous software and implementations successfully completed Flexible and willing to adapt during course of project Project management and leadership experience Functional business knowledge (Procurement, Finance, etc.) Gap analysis Experience with system integration
