Website Developer - Marketing Sitecore Summa Health Systems Full Time, Benefit Eligible 1077 Gorge Blvd Akron OH Summary: Assists in the design, development, and maintenance of the Summa Health System's consumer-facing websites, with a primary focus on SummaCare's sites, using Sitecore CMS. This role involves collaborating with the senior website developer and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consumer engagement experiences, ensuring the website is optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO, and shares security and hosting oversight with IT&S. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Formal Education Required: a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2. Experience & Training Required: a. One (1) years of experience in web development, preferably with Sitecore CMS. b. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a. Basic understanding of .NET and Sitecore CMS. b. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. c. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. d. Effective communication and collaboration skills. e. Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity. 4. Level of Physical Demands: a.
