Marketing Coordinator The Diamond Group is a strategic digital marketing agency with headquarters in Wilmington, NC and a primary mission to grow todays scaling healthcare practices. We believe the strongest diamonds are created under marketplace pressure, and we are seeking an experienced marketing coordinator with strong communication skills to help our team navigate that pressure. Your role, should you accept the mission: As the Marketing Coordinator , you are the right hand to our Account Manager. Account Director is a busy multi-tasker and needs someone that can track multiple areas of organization. Must be a sharp communicator that prides themselves on being the right-hand facilitator for communication and organization and have some marketing experience (at least enough so the language of marketing isnt all brand new). The position starts as part-time and may grow too full-time. As a candidate, you must be familiar and proficient (very important as there is no time to train on Google docs etc.) with G-suite communications and cloud-based applications in general. The Role: Campaign Coordination Planning, organizing, and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Content Creation Developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements. Digital Marketing Managing digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Market Research Conducting research on market trends, customer demographics, and competitor analysis. Event Coordination Organizing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products or services. Collaboration Working closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive marketing strategies. Budget Management Monitoring and managing marketing budgets and expenditures. Analytics and Reporting Analyzing marketing data (such as campaign results and website traffic) and preparing reports for management. Vendor Management Coordinating with external agencies, printers, and suppliers to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Brand Management Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and maintaining brand identity across all marketing initiatives. Communication Communicating marketing plans, strategies, and results to internal stakeholders and management. Adaptability Adapting quickly to changes in the marketing environment and adjusting strategies accordingly. Qualifications: If you can demonstrate Education - A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is usually required. Some employers may prefer candidates with a master's degree for senior or specialized roles. Marketing Knowledge - Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques. Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC) is highly beneficial. Experience - Entry-level positions require 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Senior positions require 3-5 years of experience, with demonstrated success in campaign management and coordination. Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Proficiency in using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) is often preferred. Creativity - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling marketing materials, collaborating with team members, and presenting ideas to stakeholders. Project Management - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Digital Proficiency - Proficiency with marketing software and tools (such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, content management systems) and a good understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Teamwork and Collaboration - Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and other professionals to execute marketing campaigns. Attention to Detail - Accuracy in managing budgets, schedules, and marketing materials, with a keen eye for detail to ensure brand consistency and quality. Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changes in the marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize campaign performance. Problem-Solving Skills - Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to overcome obstacles in campaign execution and achieving marketing objectives.
