Role : Java Backend Developer Location : Virgnia (Remote) Duration : Long Term Software Engineer - Specialty. We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Clinical Transformation Workflow team. This role involves working on high-priority projects related to CMS regulatory requirements, including hip and knee surgery scheduling and post-surgery follow-ups. The engineer will primarily focus on developing backend APIs for our front-end applications, ensuring seamless integration with various EHR systems like Athena, Cerner, Epic, Allscripts, and Meditech. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain backend APIs for clinical transformation projects. • Work on CMS regulatory requirement projects, including hip and knee surgery scheduling. • Integrate backend services with EHR systems (Athena, Cerner, Epic, Allscripts, Meditech). • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration. • Maintain a minimum of 80% code coverage for all implementations. • Participate in daily stand-up calls and scrum ceremonies. (1.) To support junior writers, plan document plan-task estimation, and monitor project status. (2.) To address technical queries, monitor complianceortrainings, conduct product competency training, and ensure timely knowledge transfer. (3.) To research and propose solutions, ensure timley updates are provided to clients, and monitor and flag issues that require resolution. (4.) To be the point of contact for all escalations in the team and execute mitigation steps for resolution. (5.) To discuss team level improvementsor KRAs with managers, provide feedback to team members, andsuggest improvement plans for team.
