Position Summary: The Salesforce Operation System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of LGEUS Partner Relationship Management systems (US PRM), Salesforce platform with ERP, multiple SaaS, and other LG solutions, for internal and external users, and identifying business requirements and opportunities for improvement across of the organization. Key responsibilities: - Ticket & Inquiry assistance to support internal and external users for Salesforce and other business systems - Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures - Works closely with other stakeholders, departments, and external vendors to support business objectives and projects - Monitors and maintains data and provides reports and visualization dashboards as needed - Manages user licenses including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups - Assists with identifying gathering requirements from users and stakeholders - Monitors user adoption and provide trainings as needed - Identify requirements and deliver them to multiple development teams and vendors to execute - Support and lead multiple projects focused on initiatives from Marketing and Sales team Core duties include: Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, and delivering actionable analytics. Creating user manuals Troubleshoot and escalate system errors Provide ad-hoc reports Work with 3rd party vendors to identify their capability and evaluate the performance Manage the project with vendors for contract, SOW, and executions Must have requirements Experience in Salesforce or other CRM, Pipeline Management solutions Understanding B2B business or the HVAC/construction industry Experience in project management Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point Experience with data visualization Bachelor's degree in relevant fields 2 years' experience in in omni channel, B2B and B2C industry, or System administration role Experience in developing & maintaining product data management systems and processes in an HVAC/construction/engineering company. Experience in developing training programs for product data management systems. Solid organizational skills and detail oriented. Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast-paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines. Enjoys working with others and collaborating with a positive attitude. Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point. The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated, managing projects effectively. Experience in Salesforce or other CRM, Pipeline Management solutions, Salesforce certification preferred. Korean (Speaking, Reading) is preferred.
