We are passionate about building products that are both functional and beautifully designed, and we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us elevate the user experience of our platform. Role Overview As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our product suite. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications. Your designs will help bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology and the end-users who rely on our platform daily. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about user-centered design, has a keen eye for detail, and loves solving complex problems with creative design solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to impact all aspects of our product design, from high-level user flows to pixel-perfect UI elements. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements and create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user interfaces that enhance user experience. Develop and maintain a consistent design language across all of our products, ensuring a seamless user experience. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the product. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the overall design process. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way. Qualifications Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design practices and beautiful, functional interfaces (required). Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar (required). Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles (required). Ability to create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (required). Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards (required). Experience with user research, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior (preferred). Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (required). Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams (required). Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent work experience (preferred). Key Functions Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance our software's usability and visual appeal. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs. Perform user research and use data-driven insights to inform design decisions. Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and create a cohesive experience across products. Iterate quickly on feedback to continuously improve user experiences.
