Technical Lead - iOS/ MacOS

Position: Technical Lead - iOS/ MacOS Location: Austin, TX Skills: • Hands on experience in developing complex applications for iOS/ MacOS • A thorough understanding of Swift and Objective-C/Cocoa-touch/ Cocoa • Having hands on experience in SwiftUI will be an added advantage • Hands on experience with Accessibility in iOS/ MacOS • iOS/ MacOS app debugging using tools such as XCode, Instruments • Hands on experience in Unit/UI test using XCTest and XCUITest frameworks • Proven ability to utilize development frameworks such as CoreData, MapKit, UIKit etc. • Strong knowledge in multithreading using GCD and OperationQueue • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs in a native environment • Knowledge in dependency managers like pod, SPM and third-party framework integrations • Familiarity with version control merge and optimization of branching and integration workflows • Experience with Caching data • Excellent debugging skills • Strong knowledge on the Apple Human Interface Guidelines • Strong knowledge on the Appstore deployment guidelines • Experience with testing frameworks, continuous integration and build tools like Sparkle • Strong object-oriented programming and design skills • High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality and maintain application stability • Deep understanding of iterative (agile) software development methodologies • Knowledge of Retail domain will be an added advantage Key Responsibility: • iOS/ MacOS native application development using Swift/ SwiftUI • Legacy code maintenance and enhancement • Up to date with latest Swift and XCode versions • Contribution to design changes • Creating reusable components and documents. • Preparing technical documents • UAT support • Work closely with Client, Leads, Project Managers, and UX teams for changes • Learn customer's delivery model and process quickly
