New York, NY - Salary Range 70-91k Job Brief This position is primarily responsible for maintaining all the firm’s workstations, providing audio/visual support, and participating in remote trial setups. They will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and networking issues. Responsibilities Supporting employees with computer issues, troubleshooting PC operating systems and software Moving, setting up and shipping computers, peripherals, and printers Setup new user network accounts (Active Directory, M365, Zendesk) Provide End User Support (Helpdesk) to employees in all offices on software applications used in the firm Prepare and support remote trials “Road Show” equipment Maintain and track inventory for base office Assist with software installations/troubleshooting Participate in on-call rotation with other members in IT Department Other duties as assigned Requirements Windows 10/11 and Office 365 certifications preferred Experience programming in VBA or other programming languages preferred A good understanding of Windows Operating system to include: Making changes to the Windows registry Device drivers TCP/IP Networking configuration Security Networking Ability to troubleshoot issues with mobile devices such as iPhones/iPads and Androids Experience troubleshooting local and network printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 per year
