Job Title: Pega LSA Location: Atlanta, GA: Dallas, TX: Chicago, IL: Princeton, NJ: Newton, MA (Onsite) Duration: Fulltime Description: Experience: 10 to 15 Years LSA with solution consultant capacity Lead System Architect Role A Senior System Architect is responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of PEGA based solutions. We are looking for highly motivated, outside-the-box thinkers with the desire to continuously improve themselves and others. Our firm's success relies on our ability to find unique ways to deliver more efficiently and to make those around us better, faster, and smarter. The technical leader of a project team, responsible for mentoring and monitoring the quality of team member's deliverables. Will be expected to work independently to build out all portions of a BPM application and mentor others to do the same. Good communication and interpersonal skills At least 5 years' experience leading Pega projects Pega Lead System Architect Certified Experience in enterprise scale application design and development Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL Experience in WebSphere or WebLogic Application Server Strong OO experience Pega Solution and Architecture of Enterprise Solution Design Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degree Key Skills: PEGA, LSA, Solution consultant capacity, J2EE, Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL, WebSphere or WebLogic Application Server
