Product Owner / Business Analyst

This role requires excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage product backlogs and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and development teams, to gather and define business requirements. - Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. - Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. - Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are well-understood by the development team. - Participate in sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the development team understands the requirements and has a clear plan for the upcoming sprint. - Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns. - Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is being developed according to the defined requirements and meets the acceptance criteria. - Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the final product meets the needs of the business and customers. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role. - Proven experience in managing product backlogs and writing user stories. - Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks. - Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). - Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a plus. - Experience in financial services industries. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in financial services
