Trueline's client, a plaintiff-side employment law firm in El Segundo, California, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a respected firm specializing in wage and hour class actions and individual employment matters. What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney: - Litigate wage and hour class actions and individual employment matters in both state and federal courts - Handle client advocacy, court appearances, depositions, draft complaints, mediation briefs, and class action settlement agreements - Work independently to manage, mediate, and settle cases while providing reliable support to partners - Engage with clients and mentor junior associates You'll Succeed as the Associate Attorney if you Have: - 2-7 years of employment litigation experience, with emphasis on wage and hour class actions - Strong skills in client advocacy, court appearances, depositions, and legal writing - Ability to work independently while providing high-level support to partners - Excellent client engagement and mentorship abilities Our Client Offers: - Competitive salaries commensurate with experience ($120,000 - $200,000 per year) - Year-end performance bonuses and origination points for new cases - Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off - Opportunity to gain valuable experience at a respected plaintiff-side employment firm Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
