Senior Application Developer

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Developer at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Responsible for working closely with development, architects, operations, and security teams to identify and improve process pain points and inefficiencies for delivery. Develop infrastructure software for CI/CD. Identify automation opportunities within current SDLC process. Develop code for infrastructure cloud automation. Build and support large scale distributed systems. Evangelize best practices in infrastructure development. Deliver frictionless Cloud infrastructure experience. Design, Implementation, and document to review with all stakeholders. Promote DevOps principles and culture across the Senior Application Developer organization. Support and improve our tools for continuous build, automated testing, and release management. Lead Major Projects for Release with Architects for new AWS tools. Work with Tau and PI projects across all teams. Mentoring for onboarding new associates and manage onboarding program. Design and Lead Splunk and Sonar products for all of DevOps. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering degrees, or related field of study plus five (5) year of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Java, python, and object-oriented development; Ansible, bash scripting and Terraform; Kubernetes; CI/CD Tools including Atlassian Products Bitbucket, Crowd, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube or ECR; Concourse CI/CD; SQL query; Observability with Splunk, Dynatrace or Prometheus; Git; AWS including EKS, EC2, S3, Lamda, or Cloudfront; and Public Cloud.
