Job Title: Manager, Brand & Fan Development Department : Marketing Reports To: Director , Brand & Merchandise Status: Exempt Direct Reports : Coordinator, Fan Engagement Location: Tampa, Florida Mission. The Manager of Brand and Fan Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' brand identity, while driving fan engagement across multiple segments. This role is responsible for managing the brand's visual identity, executing fan development campaigns focused on key demographics (Latino, youth, women) and overseeing international activations. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand and Merchandise, this role will also manage the Coordinator of Fan Engagement. Core Functions: Visual Identity Management Oversee the development and execution of the visual identity within Raymond James Stadium, in-market, and across Club digital channels, ensuring brand consistency across all creative and fan touchpoints. Collaborate with vendors, stadium operations and design teams to implement visual branding elements that enhance the in-game fan experience. Assess and update stadium branding to reflect team milestones, campaigns, and events. Manage the signage budget for the stadium and other team-related events, ensuring cost-effective and impactful visual branding. Fan Development Campaigns Lead the creation and execution of targeted fan development campaigns aimed at key audience segments, including Latino, youth and women. Work closely with the marketing and community outreach teams to develop campaigns and activations that resonate with diverse fan bases and drive engagement. Monitor the performance of fan development initiatives and adjust strategies based on data and feedback. International Activations Coordinate and execute international fan engagement initiatives that align with the Buccaneers' global strategy. Manage international brand efforts and agencies, focusing on growing the fanbase in Germany and other global markets. Ensure international activations align with the overall brand and fan engagement strategy. Team Management and Collaboration Mentor the Coordinator of Fan Engagement, guiding fan activations and development. Work cross-functionally with teams, such as content, community impact, partnerships and events to integrate fan engagement into larger team initiatives. Campaign & Event Execution Oversee fan engagement initiatives during home games, special events, and international activations, ensuring consistency in brand representation. Support on the planning and execution of campaigns tied to the Club's 50th season. Performance Metrics & Reporting Develop KPIs and track the success of fan engagement and branding initiatives across stadium, digital, and international activations. Working alongside the Performance Marketing team, report on the effectiveness of campaigns, budget adherence and fan engagement growth. S kills & Abilities: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong budget management experience. Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external partners. Ability to develop innovative campaigns and activations that resonate with fans and align with brand goals. Ability to analyze engagement data and adapt strategies based on performance metrics. Spanish language skills or a deep understanding of Latino culture is a plus, as we are committed to authentically engaging and building strong relationships with diverse communities, particularly those in Tampa Bay's vibrant Latino community. Capacity to deliver work that is original and creative. Candidate must be available to work extended hours during the NFL season and offseason. Experience & Education: 5 years of experience in brand management, fan engagement, or related fields, preferably in sports or entertainment. Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred or commensurate work experience. Work Environment: The Buccaneers are a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Tight deadlines requiring strong multitasking and problem-solving skills to deliver results in a time-sensitive setting. Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home and possibly away games; will have to work occasional holidays. Computer and desk work are a significant part of daily activities. Job duties require employee to drive personal vehicle.
