Join this innovative, progressive, stable and Sales Representative oriented Medical sales organization in the "high profile" San Francisco-San Mateo-San Jose, CA territory. This territory will go down to Santa Cruz & Monterey. You will be selling a variety of products to office based (a more linear selling environment vs. the hospital corridors & departments). Doctor's and their staff members. This role will entail about 50% prospecting and 50% account management. My client can offer you: -Great financial backing & stability offered by the parent organization -Excellent Sr. Sales Leadership within the organization. -A strong commitment to R&D with new products coming out each year. -High quality products to sell. -A very team oriented, collaborative, recognition and empowering corporate culture. -A very pay-on-performance incentive plan with no Cap's. -$100,000 Base Salary Monthly Commission (No Caps) Quarterly Bonus (can earn up to $20,000 per quarter) Expense Account Car Allowance & a very comprehensive benefits package. $125,000-$140,000 earning potential 1st year. $160,000-$180,000> in year 2. Many reps within this organization are making $200,000-$300,000-$400,000 or greater. Once you hit a certain level of sales, your base salary will reduce and your commission percentage will increase to allow you to hit the $200,000 and above earnings mentioned above. Experience Desired: -BA/BS Degree - Life Sciences a plus. Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA athletes. -3 years-6 years of successful outside sales. Medical Sales or Dental Sales is the preferred background to come from, but open to candidates coming from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a great sales training program and a business-to-business sales background. -Year-over-Year sales success (i.e. quota attainment percentage; sales rankings - Top 10%-20% nationwide; President's Club Award's; Rookie of the Year) -A "Hunter Mentality" of adding new net business year-over-year. -Stable - good reasons for leaving current and past roles. -Very dollar motivated - $$$$. -Send resumes to Ted.Hillculvercareers.com.
