In this context, Sanofi made the decision to evolve its commercial model from GBU-specific country organizations to a more standardized and consistent approach, boosting efficiency. The focus will be on most innovative products as major drivers for growth and a cross-GBUs efficiency model with optimized country set-up. The US Established Products team will manage a portfolio of products spanning multiple therapeutic areas functioning as the BOI driver for Sanofi General Medicines in North America. Job Description As the Digital Content Success Lead at Sanofi, you will play a key role in shaping and executing digital content initiatives that support our business objectives and deliver meaningful, engaging experiences to our stakeholders and audiences. You'll work closely with brand, global, operational, technical, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure content is strategically aligned, compliant, and responsive to the evolving needs of our audiences. You will also actively review existing materials, providing recommendations to retire or refresh content that no longer aligns with current strategies or objectives. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing strategies that enhance content performance, streamline workflows, and maximize the impact of digital assets across multiple channels. As the central point of coordination, you'll ensure content is not only timely and compliant but also effectively engages target audiences to drive impact and results. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining and updating the content execution timeline to reflect new market developments, regulatory requirements, and strategic changes. Main Responsibilities: Content Management & Maintenance: Oversee end-to-end content updates and ongoing content maintenance across digital channels (web, email, social). Use data analytics and insights to prioritize and deliver personalized experiences. Agile Methodologies: Embrace agile practices to scale and accelerate new operating models, fostering a nimble approach to content delivery. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and introduce efficient ways of working to avoid disruptions and improve results. Technology & Innovation: Explore and integrate emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions to expedite time-to-market and boost content effectiveness. Audience Insights & Personalization: Understand professional and patient behaviors, preferences, and needs, tailoring marketing efforts to drive engagement and relevance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to extend reach and impact across diverse populations and channels. About You Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: Digital Marketing & Content Management : Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with hands-on expertise in web management, including CMS (Content Management System) operations, digital asset management, and cross-channel content distribution (web, email, social). MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) Review: Proven experience navigating the MLR process, including submission preparation, compliance review, and working with regulatory teams to ensure all content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Veeva or similar MLR management systems is highly preferred. SEO & Analytics: Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience using data analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) to measure content performance, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization and personalized experiences. Agile & Process Management: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments. Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced changes, scale new processes, and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and speed to market. Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
