IT Project Manager

Look no further Our client is on the hunt for experienced IT Project Managers to join their expanding team of 35 PMs and BAs. This is an excellent opportunity to lead high-visibility projects and make a significant impact. Who are we looking for? Professionals with recent large-scale experience in one of the following areas: Website design/redesign with upgrades or conversions Constituent or customer management systems Time tracking systems Implementation or remediation of security tools Mobile device management Individuals with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict Detail-oriented professionals with exceptional communication skills Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other project management certifications Your responsibilities will include: Adherence to the Governance process, including stakeholder engagement, status report preparation, and executive briefings Conducting project planning exercises to ensure successful project delivery Vendor Management tasks such as deliverable acceptance, milestone payment, contract adherence, and escalations Budget Management and tracking Creation, tracking, and delivery of project timelines, tasks, and metrics Minimum qualifications: Seven (7) years as a project lead with experience in technology projects involving multiple computer subsystems Recent large-scale website design/redesign experience with upgrades or conversion Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field All finalists for positions are subject to a criminal background check applicable to the department or position Ability to be on-site as required by the project needs and project team activities Preferred qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other project management certifications Master's degree in business/Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in IT program or project management Experience leading IT project management teams Experience with vendor management Experience with software implementation/upgrade Experience working with, or for, public sector organizations Experience with project and portfolio management tools Excellent customer service and business relationship communication skills Are you the experienced IT Project Manager we're looking for?
