Builds andsustains stakeholder relationships that span IT, commonwealth agencies, andcommonwealth business partners. Leverages agileSDLC framework to deliver continuous, incremental value. Supportsleadership team with project governance via business case, project charter, anddecision making based on trade-offs, change management, and issue & riskmanagement. Presents tosenior executives and facilitates large meetings as needed. Employs standard,well-structured work planning to define scope, activities, resource needs,quality, issues, risks, and acceptance criteria. Coordinates andconducts project review meetings with business stakeholders, Client, SMEs,platform architects, and developers.
