Job Description REAL ESTATE | CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ATTORNEY San Antonio, TX A well-established, full service, San Antonio Defense law firm is looking to expand their Litigation Team Seeking an Associate Attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in Real Estate and Construction Litigation including drafting and contract review, real estate transactions, corporate governance, reviewing contracts pertaining to home owner, condominium and/or community associations; landlord/tenant; reviewing plans, title, due diligence documents; strong knowledge of statutes; legal research; and maintaining client contacts. The ideal candidate with 3-5 years' experience and/or have interest in these practice areas and willing to learn. This mid-sized firm is well-regarded, known for providing high quality litigation in the fields of real estate and commercial litigation.
