Join our dynamic team at Husco in Waukesha, Wisconsin as a Marketing Coordinator In this role, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, supporting branding initiatives, maintaining our website, coordinating trade shows, and creating engaging content and literature for all divisions. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Sales, HR, and Senior Executives from both our Auto and Off-Highway Divisions, to effectively communicate Husco's image, brand, and message. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Design Graphics to Support Marketing Initiatives: Responsible for the creation and improvement of company graphics in marketing material for internal and external audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to appropriately adapt the messaging to the application. Examples include presentations, flyers, social graphics, digital communication screens, and more. Project Management: Work alongside the Senior Marketing Specialist and other stakeholders to coordinate and oversee individual design projects, content creation initiatives, and tradeshow schedules, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with overall project goals and timelines. Support Trade Show Activities: Key player on show operations team. Work with Husco personnel and vendors to successfully represent the company brand for domestic and international tradeshows. Create tradeshow graphics, manage physical assets, and contribute to people management. Create and Manage Engaging Content: Create and post homegrown content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites, boosting audience engagement and brand visibility. Manage and Maintain Electronic Media: File pictures, graphic files, and final outputs according to established standards and best practices. Scale Steep Learning Curve: Rapidly develop an understanding of equipment, products, components, company culture, differentiators and initiatives. Strong Team Player and Contributor: Work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high-pressure atmosphere. Combines strong attention to detail with an orientation towards results/execution. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or equivalent education and experience. 2 years of experience in a marketing capacity, including project management Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar. Experience with WordPress CMS or similar platforms, and content management Photography and videography skills a plus Effective trouble shooting, problem solving, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas. Able to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and handle conflict in an effective manner. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Accurate typing/computer data entry with above average attention to detail. (Ability to read, write and speak English.)
