Description WHAT YOU'LL DO: As the Senior Engineering Manager for App Store App, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic group that works at the intersection of many different teams at Apple. Partnering closely with design, product, and other engineering groups across Apple, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a strategic roadmap that balances the needs of a diverse set of collaborators. Minimum Qualifications 5 year in a leadership role Experience delivering Technical Excellence: A strong technical foundation in building apps on Apple platforms, with experience engaging deeply in architecture and code when needed, ensuring your team is positioned for success. Customer-Centric Vision: You'll bring a passion for improving customer experience at every touchpoint, with the ability to synthesize complex product and technical requirements into comprehensive solutions. Track record of Multi-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with diverse teams, including design, product, and other engineering functions, to build and deliver on shared goals. Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 3 year managing other managers 5 years developing iOS, macOS or tvOS applications Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript Education & Experience Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
