Creating ACD and IVR routing rules, menus, users, agent skills, supervisors, hours of operations, teams, queue and otperson messaging, call recording services, email, chat, and otperson components of a customer call center platform build. 6. Digital first and Embedded agent experience in build and customization. 7. Provide web-based agent and administration training. 8. Trouble-shooting problems during tperson configuration or go-live stages of client implementations. 9. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of software components. 10. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software defects. 11. Develop technical documentation for end-users and support teams.
