Business Development Executive, Community Job Description: Ezee Fiber is seeking a dynamic and organized individual who excels in communication and fostering relationships with residential real estate developers and home builders. The Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding the Company's fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network by sourcing and developing partnerships with residential developers, and home builders, ensuring Ezee Fiber's services are available in all newly constructed communities across the Company's footprint. The position will work cross-functionally with the Construction, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the effective deployment of the company's fiber network and the delivery of industry leading customer penetration rates. About Ezee Fiber: Founded in 2021, Ezee Fiber is a rapidly growing Houston-based fiber telecommunications company that provides affordable and reliable multi-gig internet service to residential, business and government customers through its 100 percent fiber-optic network. Ezee Fiber is built upon a foundation of exceptional customer service, lightning-fast internet speeds, and straightforward, transparent pricing. Responsibilities: Actively work to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, property managers, homeowner associations, consultants and any party that can positively impact Ezee Fiber's ability to grow its business. Track all existing and under development HOA's/POAs and source relationships with each community's HOA/POA contact/Board. Actively maintain an HOA sales funnel using a variety of tools. Negotiate new agreements for brownfield communities while nurturing existing relationships with HOA boards, and management companies who directly own or control communities that Ezee Fiber serves. Work closely with planning and engineering teams to coordinate design and implementation of new developments. Build a comprehensive sales strategy with a region's General Manager to grow Ezee Fiber's market share within each community. Provide end to end customer experiences to differentiate Ezee Fiber in the market. Including rapid response times for new opportunities and active troubleshooting on customer opportunities and challenges to meet customer needs. Ensure contracts are executed and implemented properly, including the placement of Ezee Fiber's marketing materials and acquisition programs. Actively participate in property events and programs to build and maintain market share. Work with property owners, property managers, homeowner associations, and others to execute press releases and other localized advertising programs as required. Be active in the community supporting the building of a positive Ezee Fiber brand and enabling the advancement of Ezee Fiber's market growth. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum five years of experience in telecommunications. Account management experience. Able to demonstrate prior experience developing quality leads, including cold calling, active participation in trade associations, etc. Proven track record of successful professional sales experience. Working knowledge of building/construction industry and related terminology. Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations. Familiar with customer record systems, processes, and practices. Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Preference given to individuals living near our office. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (MVR).
