We are seeking a talented and passionate Food and Beverage Director to oversee all culinary operations and customer dining experiences across our luxury boutique hotel. As the head of our highly skilled culinary team, you will lead the development and delivery of exceptional food and beverage programs to please both local and international guests. You will leverage your extensive hospitality experience to ensure flawless service and maximize revenue through creative menu development and innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of culinary professionals, including chefs, servers, bartenders and support staff across 5 distinct restaurant/lounge concepts - Develop and monitor annual food and beverage budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability goals are met or exceeded. Oversee menu planning, recipe creation, and product sourcing to deliver innovative dining concepts rooted in seasonal cuisine. Ensure high standards of food quality, plating, freshness, and presentation are consistently achieved. Plans and executes special events, private dining experiences, and daily meal periods to drive additional revenue and enhance the guest experience. Actively engage with guests through dining rotations to personally observe service standards and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized F&B packages and offerings that align with group and conference business needs.Stay abreast of culinary trends and innovations to evolve the dining programs appropriately over time. Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field, with 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury hotel food and beverage operations. Demonstrated track record of financial success through strategic planning, cost controls and innovative marketing strategies. Expert culinary knowledge and ability to lead, inspire and develop a team of talented chefs and culinary professionals. Exceptional Guest service focus and commitment to creating memorable dining experiences. Skilled business acumen including budget management, P&L reporting and analytics. Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate staff and resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency with POS/CRM systems and analytics tools utilized in luxury hospitality. Candidate must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US without a work permit
