Core Responsibilities:

Full P&L ownership

Lead month-end close and financial reporting

Manage cost accounting and fixed assets

Drive budgeting and forecasting processes

Maintain SOX compliance

Develop and mentor accounting team

Create financial analysis and KPI reporting

Partner with internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

7+ years accounting experience

Team leadership experience

Manufacturing background preferred

SAP knowledge a plus

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical and communication abilities
