Administrative Assistant
to join our team in
Concord, CA . The position is eligible for MSRC's highly competitive benefit programs, including health insurance and paid time off! JOB SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant performs administrative duties and provides general office support. This position assists with managing the office facilities, provides miscellaneous clerical support, and coordinates office activities and functions. The position reports to the Human Resources Administrator. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides administrative support for staff as needed. Manages and performs multiple projects simultaneously and with accuracy. Coordinates travel to include airfare, hotel accommodations and rental cars. Receives packages and inter-office mail and delivers them. Coordinates maintenance of office equipment; provides minor maintenance and troubleshooting. Receives visitors and vendors, interacts with people inside and outside the organization, and forwards general mailbox calls, etc. Assists with meeting and event arrangements as requested. Maintains filing systems as needed. Assists with office management and plans, orders and purchases facility supplies and services and upkeep of common areas. Performs additional responsibilities as required.
Salary Range: $16.19 - $31.70 QUALIFICATIONS
2 + years of experience as an administrative assistant or a related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
