IBR is seeking an Enterprise Architect who will support the Agile based engineering of a robust, secure, and scalable enterprise system delivering capability. This position will support enterprise architecture and systems engineering tasks such as system design and DoDAF artifact development. You will provide expertise in business process modeling and requirements engineering and will assess the current business process and requirements baseline of business customers and solution providers.

Responsibilities

Assist in requirements gathering, elicitation, and analysis in order to support concept architectures and system characteristics Review and analyze system requirements and identify impacts to the appropriate requirements and/or design specifications. Develops and maintains DoDAF artifacts Identify integration issues and system requirements discrepancies across multiple systems. Coordinate and facilitate formal decisions and trade studies to drive design and document results Maintains system protocols, architecture, requirements, and associated design documents through traceability, updating procedures, analyzing system and program changes. Provide technical inputs in the creating and review of all engineering documents (ie. SOW, CDRL, etc.) for accuracy and compliance with requirements Support the execution and monitoring of cost, schedule, risk, and Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) delivery Develop process/control changes by identifying gaps/issues/areas for improvement, writing improved processes. Review, analyze, and track specifications and data packages Coordinate meetings and communicate with stakeholders Develop process/control changes by identifying gaps/issues/areas for improvement, writing improved processes. Recommends new or modified controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar IT related field 5+ years systems engineering experience Must be able to obtain and maintain up to a Secret security clearance Must have experience as an Enterprise Architect/Systems Engineer specifically supporting systems engineering tasks such as:

System design and development of documentation DoDAF artifact development Provide expertise in business process modeling and requirements engineering Assessing current business processes and requirements

Experience with eliciting, refining, and decomposition of requirements to provide a comprehensive set of requirements that meet the business customer needs. Experience performing requirements analysis and translating requirements into viable concept design solutions Experience facilitating the elicitation of requirements with business customers, system assessment teams, test teams, etc. to ensure prioritization Experience preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Experience maintaining system protocols, architecture, requirements, and associated design documents through traceability, updating procedures, analyzing system and program changes. Experience developing and evaluating architecture concepts Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria Experience with design documentation and CDRLs; planning, conducting, and documentation experience Experience balancing system design (ie. CONOPS, performance, constraints, logistics) concerns Must have experience with Agile methodology and full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent oral and written communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment

While this position primarily involves sedentary work in an office environment and/or home-office environment, there are some physical demands associated with the role, including:

Extended periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation. Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment or materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasional travel to client sites or meetings may be required. Work may need to be performed in a fast-paced environment requiring quick thinking and rapid judgements.
