Job Description:
Looking for technician who can use Hand Tools, have Troubleshooting capabilities, and must be comfortable working in clean room environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level. Determine and may develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams. Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, and complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing. Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments. May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers.
Experience:
You have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair. You have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair. Ability to work in a clean room environment is required. You have experience with systems development and testing, including formulating system level requirements, test specifications and test results. Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred. You can use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and callipers. You have prior hands-on experience testing digital and/or analog components and systems. You can demonstrate the ability to use a variety of testing and measuring instruments. Able to work extended hours, including weekends. Able to stand, sit, bend, and periodically lift to 50 pounds with assistance. LabView, Linux and MS Office suite software knowledge is a plus.

Education:
BSEE, BSEET or similar degree in an engineering discipline is strongly preferred
