DUTIES INCLUDE: DIRECT & PREPARE JAPANESE STYLE DISHES AND DESSERTS FOR RESTAURANT; IMPROVISE NEW ITEMS ON MENU ACCORDING TO DEMANDS & TASTE OF CLIENTS; PREPARE RAW MATERIALS TOWARDS THE PREPARATION OF DISHES, INCLUDING HAND MADE UDON NOODLES; THE SEASONING OF MEATS, VEGETABLES, SAUCES, & OTHER APPLICABLE FOOD
