Responsibilities: Seeking a motivated and skilled Principal Scientist to join a dynamic team developing immunotherapies in the oncology space. You will independently conduct in vitro and in vivo studies and work with a cross-collaborative team to assess efficacy, safety, and kinetics of candidate therapeutic molecules. Designing and carrying out in vivo studies, both xenograft and syngeneic tumor models, to test immunomodulators and their combinatorial potential Performing immunological assays to investigate immune cells within the tumor microenvironment and in other tissues (e.g., harvest and analyze tumor and other tissues by flow cytometry, histology, MSD, ELISA, scRNA Seq etc.) Coordinating with the team to support needs (immortalized and primary cell cultures, cell-based assays, etc.) Documenting and summarizing findings for presentations and ELN Running data analysis using Prism, FlowJo, or similar software
Requirements: Ph.D. and 5+ years of relevant experience or a BS/MS and 15+ years of relevant experience in Immunology or a related field. Experience with tumor models and performing in vitro and in vivo experiments is required. Must have extensive experience running flow cytometry. Strong expertise in immunology with a conceptual understanding of myeloid cell biology and experience in establishing tumor models to evaluate novel biologics
