We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Huntington Beach, California. The role primarily involves customer service tasks in a call center setting, with an emphasis on data entry, email correspondence, and schedule management.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service through answering inbound and making outbound calls
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain customer records and process applications
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the Netsuite system
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Manage and schedule appointments as required
• Uphold the detail-oriented image of the company by adhering to the dress code
• Ensure the validation of parking structures for customers and visitors
• Work onsite and adhere to the work hours from Monday to Friday, 8-5.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, effectively addressing customer inquiries or concerns

• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment is required

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Experience with email correspondence, managing detail-oriented communications with customers

• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining detail-oriented interactions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, for data management and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, for document creation and editing

• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy in processing customer orders

• Ability to schedule appointments, managing customer engagements effectively
