Job Description
We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in SCOTTSDALE, Arizona. This role is situated within the industry and requires a detail oriented individual to take on the responsibility of managing client inquiries and maintaining their accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, assess the situation, and work towards a comprehensive resolution
• Capture relevant data in the CRM system to facilitate efficient issue management
• Act as a customer advocate, seeking positive results for customers
• Promote process, technology, and system improvements to enhance customer experience
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing issues like account registration, billing disputes, and status inquiries
• Manage bookings, including creation, approval, modification, and cancellation
• Monitor the customer email box and respond to queries promptly
• Onboard new customers, offering registration assistance, and coordinating onboarding activities
• Review and update inventory by region
• Generate sales leads and forward them to the appropriate team
• Handle street turn requests from motor carriers
• Reconcile dedicated accounts motor carrier transactions
• Send daily shift turnover report.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively.• Proven experience in call center customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and managing detail oriented communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in order entry and processing.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
