We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Lathrop, California. The primary function of this role will be in the industry of finance, specifically focusing on accounts payable, account reconciliation, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of accounts payable and receivable
• Manage invoice processing and billing operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting records
• Light filing duties to organize and maintain financial documents
• Utilize software like Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receiv4able (AR) management

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle finance software

• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software

• Knowledge of SAP financial software
