$75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and education. Our client is seeking a dedicated, confident, and analytical Desktop - Microsoft Office 365 Administrator. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of desktop administration and Microsoft Office 365, demonstrated through examples of past work.
WHAT YOU WILL BE *****
Administering and supporting Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets, including provisioning with Microsoft Intune MDM.
Managing company-provided mobile devices and troubleshooting hardware/peripherals (e.g., printers, headsets).
Maintaining a computerized inventory of all desktop-related equipment.
Collaborating with internal and external IT Infrastructure support teams in both remote and office settings.
Communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
Delivering updates and modifications related to desktop and Microsoft O365 independently, utilizing the IT Change Management process.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving of IT-related desktop and O365 software and hardware issues.
Identifying, processing, and organizing substantial amounts of information and data, often limited or incomplete.
Prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and managing day-to-day endpoint issues.
WHAT YOU WILL *****
Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent IT Infrastructure experience.
A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience as a desktop and Microsoft Office 365 administrator.
Knowledge of Agile/Kanban project management environments.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and business writing skills.
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work after normal business hours as needed.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with hybrid Active Directory environments (both on-prem and cloud-based Entra [Azure] AD).
Experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2012/2016/2019/2022).
Competence in desktop-based VPN and antivirus software.
Knowledge of Dell (or similar) server hardware, Ubiquiti UniFi wireless access points, and Cisco networking hardware/software.
