**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Med/Surg/Tele or Progressive Care; ICU experience preferred
**License:** Active compact license required
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required (must be through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross)
**Must-Have:** EPIC EMR experience preferred; current Cardiac Arrhythmia certification prior to assignment
**Job Description:** - Ability to float to ICU as needed and perform skills within the scope of practice - Float to the Emergency Department to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands - Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment - Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs, with potential on-call, weekend, and holiday requirements - Travelers will primarily work in Med-Surg/Tele but must be prepared to float to ICU - Orientation during the first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 hours, includes EPIC training - Compliance with scrub attire: solid colors, the same for top, pant, and jacket if worn - Holiday time off requests will not be approved for travelers - Travelers are subject to floating within the facility and within 20 miles of the permanent assigned location
