User Acceptance Tester

Work Location: This position is Onsite Job Description : We are seeking dedicated system testers to join a team supporting user acceptance testing for a customer-facing web application. This role involves identifying defects, addressing issues in test cases, and collaborating with a team to ensure a seamless user experience. Testing is performed manually, and candidates will work on-site to support project needs. Responsibilities : • Conduct manual user acceptance testing for a customer-facing web application. • Identify and document defects and issues in test cases, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution. • Collaborate with a team of 6 to 8 members to review and refine testing processes. • Provide professional communication and correspondence with customers as needed. • Learn and utilize the ePortal/eAdmin application from i3 Vertical with provided training. Required Skills: • At least 1 year of manual testing experience with a proven ability to identify defects and issues. • Minimum 1 year of experience working on customer-facing web applications. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to write and execute test scripts. • Excellent communication skills to provide professional customer correspondence. • Prior experience in municipality or utility industries. • Familiarity with ePortal/eAdmin or similar applications (training will be provided) Available Benefits: • Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available) • Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options • PTO • Holiday Pay • VTO • 401K • Charitable Match • Training reimbursement About KēSTA I.T.: Our name says it all; KēSTA I.T.
