No. Minimum one prior travel assignmentTraveler must reside >100 miles outside of facilityPermanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as a travelerPatient Types:Complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, cardiac (preferred), neuro and traumaDiagnoses include: ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, s/p cardiac cath, post-surgical, multiple system trauma - heavy trauma populationCardiac experience is preferred (not required): CABG/TAVR - 24 to 48 hrs post op experience is preferred but not required for travelersWill not take fresh open hearts unless they are experienced, and the facility felt comfortable with this - given to permanent staffPatient Ratios:RN: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1
