PRACTICE SPECIFICS
This clinic is a strong, cohesive team looking for someone truly passionate in Family Medicine to join them.
This department is in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient service model integrating MD, AP, RN, CA and other support staff. This model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
The team is made up of 5.15 FTE Physicians, 6.20 FTE APC’s, RN, CA, IBH, Pharm D, PSA and 20.47 FTE additional staff.
M-F; patient contact hours is 36
Hours 7am-5pm M-F
Estimated patients per day: 20
EPIC medical record
Flexible starting FTE (0.6-1.0 FTE)
Call = After hours, phone only (nights & weekends). Call ratio will be 1:6
REQUIREMENTS
BC/BE Family Practice
OB requires being a part of a “Community-wide, FP OB Call group”
LOCATION
Located in the Duluth, MN area; 150 miles North of Minneapolis/St. Paul
Service area: Duluth and surrounding areas
